After Effects CS5.5 & Adobe Media Encoder CS5.5 video compression
1. Open your After Effects project with the Adobe Media Encoder (with the Add... button)
2. Click the Comp you want to render (it will ask you)
3. Click preset (downdown) button and click the 720p 16x9 4500kbps preset.
4. Change your output file location if you want/need to
5. Click File>Start Que button
6. Click (dropdown) button on Current Encode tab to see how much time you have left and so that you can watch the video encode
7. Good Job you're done watch and/or upload your video now.(if you did this successfully the status of your current video should say Done with a Green Check)
