Windows 7 - Taskbar Bug [Solved]

The icons on the Taskbar are freezing.......... its not bad though, just annoying.
You can fix this by (each way will work, you choose):
- Logging off and back on
- Restarting your computer
- Opening Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Delete) and going to Processes tab and finding a process called explorer.exe, you find this and press delete key on your keyboard to stop the process and click end process or press enter, then you will notice your taskbar is gone.... then keeping the task manager open, click on File and Click "New Task (Run...)" and type explorer and press enter then you have your taskbar back. WOOT!!!
