Add After Effects Glow Effect in Sony Vegas

1. Open After Effects
2. Open your video
3. Add glow effect to your video (type glow in search box)

4. Add to render Que
5. Switch Output module to Quicktime .mov
6. Check the Audio Output box to on (to be able to hear the audio)
7. Format Options to Video Codec H.264 (does a good job compressing it)
==============================================
8. Now add your video to Sony Vegas and Enjoy editing. (with After Effects glow, not crappy Sony Vegas glow)
