[ Fix / Solved ] - Skyrim Mouse moves out of screen Mouse clicks out of maximized Skyrim window and minimizes Minimizes randomly and causing 'lag'

 EDIT: I was able to fix this problem, if you have raptr running turn it off before playing Skyrim that should fix the problem like it did for me.
