[FIX]Razer Deathadder flickering blinking flashing freezing problem Razer deathadder 3.5g turns on and off - this is what happens when you disconnect the usb from your computer while the mouse is in use
How to fix: 1. Update Firmware (even if it is already installed and up to date) - because "Razer has good products, but shitty firmware." 2. Restart computer - problem should be fixed ========= NOW DON'T DISCONNECT THE MOUSE AGAIN OR YOU WILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM AGAIN =====
Correction - all you need to do is uninstall the driver =D and it still works just as well

I've found an easier way to fix this issue (for Windows):
ReplyDelete1. Press the Windows Key + R (i.e., open the run dialog)
2. Type "cmd" (without quotes), and then press enter
3. Type "TASKKILL /IM razerhid.exe /T /F" (without quotes), and then press enter
4. Wait a few seconds
5. Type "START C:\"Program Files"\Razer\DeathAdder\razerhid.exe" (without surrounding quotes), and then press enter
6. Done; close the cmd window. The mouse should now work properly.
This is much faster than restarting your computer, and can be made easier/even faster by saving the cmd commands in a batch file.
Use "TIMEOUT /T 2 /NOBREAK > NUL" (without quotes) between the 2 commands in the batch file to allow the razerhid process time to fully close.
using ctrl+alt+del and going to the proccesses tabs, you can do the same thing.
ReplyDeleteselect razerhid and then hit end proccess. then it will start up razer hid on its own again.
